My advisory approach and philosophy is to focus exclusively on the specific needs and challenges of my clients. I listen carefully not only to their needs and pain points but also the reasons for their occurrences in the first place.  I do not represent landlords and focus my efforts exclusively as an advisor and advocate for my clients.  My depth of experience, market knowledge and negotiating skills is what sets me apart from my competition.
